The Seaforth High School Band welcomes students of all experience levels from complete beginners picking up an instrument for the first time to experienced musicians ready to take their skills to the next level.
Not a musician? We also have opportunities in Color Guard, Winter Guard, Prop Crew, and more. There is a place for everyone in the Hawks Band family.

How to Join

Reach Out to the Band Department
Send an email or speak with the Band Department to express your interest. They will guide you through which ensemble is the best fit based on your experience and interests.

Attend an Interest Meeting or Audition
Depending on the ensemble, you may be invited to an interest meeting or a brief informal audition. Don't be nervous — we welcome all experience levels and no prior experience is required for some ensembles.

Complete Registration
Once accepted, complete your registration forms, sign up for the Band, and get ready for the season. The Band Boosters will reach out to help your family get connected.

Join the Hawks Band Family
Welcome to the team! Attend Band Camp or the first rehearsal of the season and begin building friendships and musical memories that will last a lifetime.
